What are the best ways to combat Postpartum Blues?

1. Have a healthy and secure attachment with your baby.

At Cherish Postnatal, we encourage parents to spend time bonding with their babies because research has shown that when mothers are in frequent proximity with their baby, their anxiety and stress levels are reduced.
